The International Process Excellence Council was formally incorporated as a Section 8 not-for-profit company — the beginning of IPEC's mission to bridge the gap between policy formulation and effective implementation.

In partnership with Advent Global Foundation, Hyderabad — the world's first Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification Programme customized for Quantum Technology and Quantum Computing.

~350 professors trained.

One of IPEC's first school-level Process Excellence programmes — Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification covering 5S, Kaizen, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, and 5 Why Analysis.

State-level stakeholder discussions on educational governance initiated.
